DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 21, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN

WHEREAS, Monday, June 21 1999, marks the 30th Charter Anniversary of the City of Pagadian;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 590 dated June 20, 1990, declares June 21, 1990 as “Pagadian City Day”;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Pagadian desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, June 21, 1999, as a special day in the City of Pagadian.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
