DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 18, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF IFUGAO

WHEREAS, Friday, June 18, 1999, marks the 33rd Foundation Day Anniversary of the Province of Ifugao;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Ifugao be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27. of the Administrative Code of 1987 do hereby declare Friday, June 18, 1999, as a special day in the Province of Ifugao.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
