DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 17, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 17, 1999, marks the 32nd Charter Day Anniversary of the Province of Agusan del Norte;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Agusan del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 17, 1999 as a special day in the Province of Agusan del Norte.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
