DECLARING MAY 11, 1999 AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER AS “ISABELA DAY”, AND TO FURTHER DECLARE TUESDAY, MAY 11, 1999 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, May 11, 1999, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Isabela;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare May 11, 1999 and every year thereafter as “Isabela Day”, and to further declare Tuesday, May 11, 1999 as a special day in the province of Isabela.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
