AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 335 DATED 12 SEPTEMBER 1930 WHICH RESERVED FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN TACLOBAN CITY, BY EXCLUDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V . RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 335 dated 12 September 1930, which reserved for market purposes of the municipality of Tacloban (now City) certain parcels of land, by excluding from its operation, the land now described as Lot 1, Swo-0883747-000204 and declaring the same open for disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act (Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended).1aшphi1

Date of original survey was from October 1929 to July 1930 and that of the survey under Special Work Order was on 26-27 May 1993 by Ramos S. Unay, Geodetic Engineer, and was approved on 27 September 1993.
