DECLARING TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 1998, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, March 10, 1998, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, March 10, 1998, as a special day in the Province of Bulacan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
