DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 18 TO 25, 1973, AS PHILIPPINE AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION WEEK.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Air Conditioning and Refrigerating Engineers Society is hosting the First Asian Conference on Environmental Control and Food Reservation which has among its objectives the solicitation and exchange of ideas among Asian engineers Involved in environmental control and food preservations; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to invite public attention on group discussions and analysis of common problems involving environmental control and the science of food preservation;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from November 18 to 25, 1973, as Philippine Air conditioning and Refrigeration Week.1aшphi1
