MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1105, January 24, 1973 ] TRANSFERRING THE CELEBRATION OF HISTORY WEEK TO SEPTEMBER 17-23, OF EVERY YEAR. Upon recommendation of the Chairman of the National Historical Commission, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby transfer the annual celebration of History Week from May 24-30 to September 17-23 of every year.
