MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1101, January 16, 1973 ] RESERVING FOR REGIONAL PRISONS SITE THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARRIO COMBIS, MUNICIPALITY OF ABUYOG, PROVINCE OF LEYTE UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE BUREAU OF PRISONS. Upon the recommendation of the Directors of Prisons and Forest Development and approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, settlement and other modes of disposition, and reserve as regional prisons site under the administration of the Bureau of Prisons the parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Combis, Municipality of Abuyog, Province of Leyte, consisting of 861.60 hectares, more or less, subject to private rights if any there be, and to forest and internal revenue laws and regulations such parcel of land as shown and described on the attached Bureau of Forest Development Map CR-117.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
