By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, April 25, 1972, as a special public holiday in Aklan to celebrate its creation as a separate province under Republic Act No. 1414 dated April 25, 1956.
