DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 1, 1972, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, the 31st day (Good Friday) of March and the 2nd day (Sunday) of April, nineteen hundred and seventy-two, being public holidays, the 1st day (Saturday) of April, nineteen hundred and seventy-two, may be declared as a special public holiday without any prejudice to the public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, April 1, 1972, as a special public holiday.
