DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22, 1972, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND IN THE CITIES OF CAVITE, TAGAYTAY AND TRECE MARTIRES.

WHEREAS, Wednesday, March 22, 1972, marts the 103rd birthday anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, President of the First Philippine Republic; and

WHEREAS, at least the people of Cavite should be afforded the opportunity to fittingly observe the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Wednesday, March 22, 1972, as a special public holiday in the Province of Cavite and in the Cities of Cavite, Tagaytay and Trece Martires.
