DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 1 TO 7, 1972, AS PROGRESSIVE CAR MANUFACTURING WEEK.

WHEREAS, accelerating the development of the country’s complex manufacturing industries is imperative in the total effort to enhance our economy j and

WHEREAS, the car manufacturing industry plays a vital role towards this goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from March 1 to 7, 1972, as “Progressive Car Manufacturing Week” under the auspices of the Philippine Automotive Association.
