DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 1972, A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AND ALL CHARTERED CITIES THEREIN.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Monday, February 21, 1972, as a special public holiday in the Province of Batangas and all chartered cities therein on the occasion of the burial of the late Gov. Antonio Carpio.
