DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1972, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.

WHEREAS, February 16, 1972, marks the tenth anniversary of the charter of Caloocan City; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and program of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare February 16, 1972, as a special public holiday in the City of Caloocan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
