AUTHORIZING THE YOUTH AND STUDENT TRAVEL ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP, AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM FEBRUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1972.

WHEREAS, the Youth and Student Travel Association of the Philippines, is a non-profit civic organization with the objective of promoting tourism among the youth and students of the country; and

WHEREAS, to carry out its objectives it needs the moral and financial support of the public;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Youth and Student Travel Association of the Philippines to conduct a nationwide educational, membership and fund campaign during the period from February 1 to December 31, 1972.
