MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 959, January 31, 1972 ] CALLING A NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF EMPLOYERS AND OF LABOR ORGANIZATIONS ON APRIL 6-8, 1972. By virtue of the power conferred upon me by Section 20 of Republic Act No. 875 and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Labor, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby call a national conference of representatives of employers and of labor organizations on April 6-8, 1972, in the City of Manila, for the consideration and adoption of voluntary codes of principles in regards to labor-management relations designed to promote industrial peace and the general welfare.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
