AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR VOLLEYBALL ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND MEMBERSHIP FUND CAMPAIGN DURING THE PERIOD FROM FEBRUARY 1 TO DECEMBER 31, 1972.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Volleyball Association, one of the nineteen (19) national sports affiliates of the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation (PAAF), is committed to develop not only healthy citizens but also future participants in volleyball Olympics, through a national sports development program;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Volleyball Association is riot in a position to finance its long range national and regional programs without public support;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Philippine Amateur Volleyball Association to conduct a national, educational and membership fund campaign during the period from February 1 to December 31, 1972. I call upon all citizens and residents of the Philippines, irrespective of nationality or creed, to assist in this drive by giving generously of their means.
