EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND DRIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR VOLLEYBALL ASSOCIATION TO JUNE 30, 1973.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Volleyball Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 956 dated January 27, 1972, to conduct a national educational, membership and fund drive from February 1 to December 31, 1972; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs additional time to enable it to realize its objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund drive of the Philippine Amateur Volleyball Association to June 30, 1973.
