FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1046 DATED JULY 12, 1972, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 1060 DATED AUGUST 12, 1972, DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN PROVINCES.

By order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 1046 dated July 12, 1972, as amended by Proclamation No. 1060 dated August 12, 1972, so as to include Zamboanga del Sur, which has also suffered from floods, drought and lawless elements, as calamity area.
