DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1972, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAIS CITY.

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 7, 1972, marks the anniversary of the foundation of Bais City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Bais City desire to celebrate this milestone of their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Thursday, September 7, 1972, as a special public holiday in Bais City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
