CALLING THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO AN EIGHTH SPECIAL SESSION.
WHEREAS, the public interest requires that the Congress of the Philippines be convened anew in another special session in order to consider legislative measures of urgent nature;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby call the Congress of the Philippines to an Eighth Special Session for such number of days as may be necessary not exceeding thirty (30) days commencing immediately upon adjournment of the current Seventh Special Session, to consider such subjects as the members may deem and/or such subjects as I may certify as urgent for enactment, to include the following:
