DECLARING JULY 26, 1972, AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER AS “ARAW NG IPIL” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

Upon representations of the Municipal Court of Ipil, Zamboanga del Sur, and by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, do hereby declare July 26, 1972, and every year thereafter as “Araw ng Ipil” in the Municipality of Ipil, Zamboanga del Sur, in commemoration of the formal organization of said municipality.
