CALLING THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO A SEVENTH SPECIAL SESSION
WHEREAS, the public interest requires that the Congress of the Philippines be convened in a special session in order to consider other legislative measures of urgent nature;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, do hereby call the Congress of the Philippines to a special session for such number of days as may be necessary not exceeding thirty (30) days commencing immediately upon adjournment of the present Sixth Special Session, to consider such subjects as the members may deem wise and to include the following bills:
