MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1033, June 15, 1972 ] DECLARING AS A CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL SITE RESERVATION THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SHOWN AND DESCRIBED ON THE BUREAU OF FORESTRY MAP CR-110, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83, Chapter XIII of the Public Land Act, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by the powers vested in me by law, do hereby set aside and declare as a City Emergency Hospital Site Reservation for the City of Dipolog the parcel of land containing an aggregate area of approximately Two (2) hectares situated in the City of Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte, subject to valid private rights, if any there be and place the same under the administrative jurisdiction of the Director of the City Hospital, in accordance with existing laws and regulations, which parcel of land is more particularly described and indicated on the Bureau of Forestry Map CR-110.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
