DECLARING JUNE 1972 TO MAY 1973, AS FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD COUNCIL

WHEREAS, the Responsible Parenthood Council is a non-stock and non-profit organization whose object is to disseminate information and techniques on family planning all over the country; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs the support of the public to realize its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare June 1972 to May 1973, as fund campaign period of the Responsible Parenthood Council.
