EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1972

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 928 dated November 17, 1971, to extend its educational and fund campaign up to June 30, 1972; and

WHEREAS, the association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to December 31, 1972.
