EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 537 DATED MARCH 24, 1969, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SAN JOSE PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 537, dated March 24, 1969, which established the San Jose Public High School site reservation situated in the municipality of San Jose, province of Occidental Mindoro, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2502-A of the attached subdivision plan, being a portion of Lot 2502 of Pandurucan, Municipality of San Jose, Province of Occidental Mindoro, Island of Mindoro. Bounded on the SE., along lines 1-2-3, by Rizal Street; on the SW., along line 3-4, by Magsaysay Street; and on the NW. and NE., along lines 4-5-1, by Lot 2502-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached plan, being N. 85 deg. 56' W., 135.41 m. from B.L.L.M. 65, Pandurucan Townsite, Ts-99,

thence S. 49 deg. 30' W.,	22.10 m. to point 2;
thence N. 85 deg. 01' W.,	2.88 m. to point 3;
thence N. 41 deg. 53' W.,	23.00 m. to point 4;
thence N. 49 deg. 30' E.,	24.00 m. to point 5;
thence S. 42 deg. 04' E.,	25.05 m. to the point

of beginning; containing an area of SIX HUNDRED (600) Square Meters.
