DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CATANDUANES.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 26, 1971, marks the 25th anniversary of the charter of Catanduanes; and

WHEREAS, the residents should be given the opportunity to commemorate this milestone in their province’ history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 26, 1971, as a special public holiday in Catanduanes.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
