MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 834, March 25, 1971 ] RESERVATION FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES OF MEMBERS OF NATIONAL CULTURAL MINORITIES KNOWN AS TIRURAYS AND MANOBOS, a PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 84 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for the exclusive use of the Tirurays and Manobos under the administration of the Commission on National Integration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Province of Cotabato, which is more particularly described and bounded as follows: Technical Description A parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of North Cotabato, designated in the Bureau of Forestry Land Classification Map LC 1965, as portion of Project No. 42-0, bounded on the North by Timber land, Project No. 42-0, along Marimahan Rivers; on the South and North by Kulaman River; comprising an area of 1,375 hectares, more or less; subject to future survey.
