DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 10, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, Saturday, April 10, 1971, may be declared special public holiday without detriment to the public service;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, April 10, 1971, as special public holiday.
