RESERVING FOR FISHERY OFFICE SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN ILOILO CITY.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, pursuant to Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for fishery office site purposes, under the administration of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, two parcels of land of the private domain of the Government situated in Iloilo City, Island of Panay, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan I.R. 363, as follows:

“Two parcels of land (Lot 298-A and Lot 298-B-1, Lr-363) situated in the City of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Lot 298-A-1: Bounded on the N.E. by Lot No. 953, Iloilo Cadastre; on the S.E. by a road, Lot No. 298-A-2; S.W. by Lot No 298-A-2; N.W. by Lot No. 298-B-1. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 65-05 W., 330.54 m. from BLLM 1, Iloilo Cadastre, Case 4;

thence N. 58 deg. 50’W., 14.05 m. to point “2”

thence N. 33 deg. 46’E., 21.70 m. to point “3”

thence S. 38 deg. 21’E., 6.77 m. to point “4”

thence S. 64 deg. 53’E., 7.34 m. to point “5”

thence S. 32 deg. 47’W., 20.09 m. to point of the

beginning; containing an area of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY NINE (279) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Point 5, “X” marked on Conc. Gutter; and the rest by old B.L. Cyl. Conc. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; date prepared, July 19, 1962.

Lot 298-B-1: Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 957 and points 4 to 5, by Lot 953, both of Iloilo Cadastre; on the SE., points 5 to 1, by Lot 298-A-1; on the SW., points 1 to 2, by Lot 298-B-2, both of Ir-363; and on the NW., points 2 to 3, by Lot 297, Iloilo Cadastre; Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 63 deg. .01’E., 322.84 m. from B.L.L.M. 1, Iloilo Cadastre, Case 4;

thence N. 58 deg. 41’W., 8.04 m. to point “2”

thence N. 37 deg. 49’E., 22.90 m. to point “3”

thence S. 59 deg. 59’E., 3.40 m. to point “4”

thence S. 38 deg. 21’E., 3.23 m. to point “5”

thence S. 33 deg. 46’E., 21.70 m. to point of the

beginning; containing an area of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR (164) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Points 2, by P.S. marked on Conc. Flooring; point 5, “X” marked on Conc. Gutter; and the rest by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm.; bearings true; date prepared, July 19, 1962.”
