EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECT, INC.

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 195 dated May 1, 1967, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign during the period from May 1 to June 30, 1967; and

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., needs additional time to realize its fund campaign goal to continue its activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., up to August 31, 1967.
