[ Proclamation No. 31, April 28, 1966 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 246 DATED MAY 26, 1964, WHICH SEGREGATED A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND FROM THE FORT WILLIAM MCKINLEY (NOW FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO) MILITARY RESERVATION AND OPENED THE SAME TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NO. 3038, IN RELATION WITH THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, and the interest of the national defense so requiring, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 246, dated May 26, 1964, and declare the land embraced therein reverted to the military reservation otherwise known as Fort William McKinley (now Fort Andres Bonifacio) established under Proclamation No. 425, dated July 12, 1957.
