MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 687, July 15, 1960 ] RESERVING LOTS NOS. 1, 2 AND 3 UNDER TRANSFER CERTIFICATES OF TITLE NOS. 34696, 34697 AND 34698, RESPECTIVELY, OF THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF MANILA, SITUATED ALONG J. POSADAS JR. ROAD, PUNTA, STA. ANA, MANILA, FOR RELOCATION SITE OF INDIGENT SQUATTERS, FLOOD VICTIMS, AND OTHER INDIGENTS OF GREATER MANILA By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve, under the administration of the Social Welfare Administration, Lot No. 1, described in and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 34696, lot No. 2, described in and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 34697 and lot No. 3, described in and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 34698, all of the Office of the Register of Deeds of the City of Manila, containing a total area of 113,390 square meters, situated along J. Posadas Jr. Road, Punta, Sta. Ana, Manila, and registered in the name of the Republic of the Philippines, for relocation site of the squatters, flood victims, and other indigents of Greater Manila, subject to private rights, if any there be. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
