RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALENO, PROVINCE OF MASBATE
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes under the administration of the municipality of Baleno, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Baleno, province of Masbate, and more particularly described, to wit:
A parcel of land (the proposed reservation for market site purposes), situated in the municipality of Baleno, province of Masbate.1aшphi1 Bounded on the S., along line 1-2, by road; on the W., along line 2-3, by public land; on the N., along lines 3-4-5, by sea (public land); and on the E., along line 5-1, by public land. Beginning at a point marked 1 on attached sketch plan, being N. 48° 15' E., 200.00 meters more or less, from Baleno Church Tower, municipality of Baleno, Masbate, thence N., 74° 30' W., 105.00 meters to point 2; thence N., 5° 52' E., 46.40 meters to point 3; thence S., 70° 08' E., 19.77 meters to point 4; thence S., 82° 10' E., 85.99 meters to point 5: and thence S., 7° 30' W., 56.25 meters to the point of beginning; containing- an approximate area of 5,185 square meters.
