DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 1960, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE AND IN THE CITIES OF TRECE MARTIRES, TAGAYTAY, AND CAVITE

In commemoration of the ninety-ninth birthday of Julian Felipe, composer of the Philippine National Anthem, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Thursday, January 28, 1960, as a special public holiday in the province of Cavite and in the cities of Trece Martires, Tagaytay, and Cavite.
