RESERVING FOR THE ANGAT RIVER PROJECT OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED PARTLY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NORZAGARAY, AND PARTLY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Angat River Project of the National Power Corporation under its administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated partly in the municipality of Norzagaray, and partly in the municipality of San Jose, province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of public land (designated as Lot “B” in the accompanying N.P.C. Plan) beginning at a point marked 1 on the plan (which is the same point marked “2” of Angat Watershed Reservation Plan) being S. 64° 50' E., 10,800.04 meters more or less from BLLM No. 2 Norzagaray.

thence S. 35° 25' W., 1507.52 m. to point “1”;

the point of beginning; containing an area of TEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN (10,711,119) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan.”
