MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 574, April 15, 1959 ] RESERVING FOR PARKING SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSAYAP, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act 141, as amended, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for parking site purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Midsayap, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Midsayap, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 2, Bsd-11551 (Parking Site) “A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the subdivision plan Bsd-11551), situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Midsayap, province of Cotabato, island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 1, of the subdivision plan Bsd-11551; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Gen. Antonio Luna Street; on the NW., along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8 by Sto. Nino Street; and on the NE., along line 3-1 by Pioneer Street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on attached sketch plan, being N. 32° 58' W., 149.62 meters from B.L.L.M. 65, Dul. Cadastre, Cad-107, thence S. 31° 05' W., 106.04 meters to point 2; thence N. 60° 48' W., 44.61 meters to point 3; thence N. 29° 38' E., 60.79 meters to point 4; thence S. 60° 42' E., 39.15 meters to point 5; thence N. 31° 05' E., 25.01 meters to point 6; thence N. 60° 42' W., 39.78 meters to point 7; thence N. 29° 38' E., 20.41 meters to point 8; thence S. 60° 33' E., 47.28 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an approximate area of three thousand eight hundred eighty eight (3,888) square meters.” Note: All data are approximate and subject to change upon verification.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
