EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP, AND FUND DRIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE CANCER SOCIETY UP TO MARCH 31, 1959

WHEREAS, the Philippine Cancer Society has been authorized under Proclamation No. 546, dated November 24, 1958, to conduct a national educational, membership, and fund campaign from December 15, 1958, to February 15, 1959; and

WHEREAS, the Society needs additional time for the complete success of its campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CARLOS P. GARCIA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational, membership, and fund drive of the Philippine Cancer Society up to March 31, 1959.
