GARCIA, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the authority vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 28, 1959, as a special public holiday In the province of Cavite and in the cities of Trece Martires Tagaytay, and Cavite.
