MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 184, September 23, 1955 ] PLACING UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL OF THE CITY OF MANILA THE PARCELS OF LAND RESERVED FOR PARK, GOLF COURSES, AND PLAYGROUND PURPOSES BY PROCLAMATION NO. 25, SERIES OF 1926 By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby place under the administration and control of the City of Manila the parcels of land reserved for park, golf course, and playground purposes by Proclamation No. 25, series of 1926, subject to the restriction imposed in the proviso of Proclamation No. 314, dated April 30, 1952.1âшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
