RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DUNGEG, MUNICIPALITY OF GONZAGA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw settlement and reserve for school purposes under the Administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Dungeg, municipality of Gonazaga, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-482, to wit:

(MR-482).—Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-482, S. 34° 41 E. 8,770.60 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station “Port San Vicente Light House,” thence N. 19° 32' E. 103.54 m. to point 2; S. 79° 37' E. 109.49 m. to point 3; S. 23° 26' W. 101.79 m. to point 4; N. 81° 19' W. 103.00 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of ten thousand six hundred and sixty-eight square meters (10,668), more or less.

Points 1, 2 and 3, B. L. concrete monuments and point 4, old B. L. concrete monument.

Bounded on the northeast by property of Benigno Soriano; on the southeast, by property of Eugenio Arellano; on the southwest, by barrio road; and on the northwest, by property of Eugenio Arellano.1aшphi1

Bearings true. Declination 0° 11' E.

Points referred to are marled on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-482.
