RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF GABALDON, MUNICIPALITY OF MUÑOZ, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Gabaldon, municipality of Muñoz, province of Nueva Ecija and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16095, to wit:

Lot No. 3039.—Beginning at point marked 1 on plan Swo-16095, Sheet No. 2, N. 65° 17' W. 619.32 m. more or less from B. L. L. M. No. 28, Muñoz Cad. No. 126, thence N. 15° 00' W. 95.05 m. to point 2; N. 10° 45' W 14.00 m. to point 3; N. 88° 51' E. 77.74 m. to point 4; S. 19° 35' E. 110.02 m. to point 5; S. 87° 44' W. 87.47 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 8,766 square meters.

Points 1, 2 and 5, old B. L. concrete monuments, points 3 and 4, B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north, by lot No. 3037; in the northeast, by lot No. 3028; on the south, by lot No. 630, and on the southwest, by lots Nos. 631 and 1298.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 35' E.

Points referred to are marked on plan Swo-16095, Sheet No. 2.
