Status Report of the use and disbursement of the Poverty Alleviation Fund 3 as of 31 December 1998 |
The implementing agencies of the Poverty Alleviation Fund of 1997, enumerated below, are hereby ordered to submit the Status Report of the Use and Disbursement of their respective allocations on or before 26 February 1999 to the NAPC Interim Executive Committee, through the NAPC Vice-Chairperson of the Government Sector:

The Status Report shall include the reasons for disbursement or non-disbursement of the allocated funds to guide the NAPC in determining the appropriate action to be taken thereon. Further, the Status Report shall include detailed information of the beneficiaries and their support groups, if any.1aшphi1
All concerned government officials shall provide assistance to the above-listed agencies to complete their reports.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
