CREATING AN AD HOC COMMITTEE TO LOOK INTO THE ACTIVITIES FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE LUNG CENTER OF THE PHILIPPINES
There is hereby created an Ad Hoc Committee to look into the rehabilitation/repair works being undertaken for the rehabilitation of the Lung Center of the Philippines composed of the following:

The Secretary of Health or his
authorized representative |

The Committee shall immediately convene to review all the current activities, including the demolition and repair works with the end in view of determining their strict compliance with law, rules, and regulations on the matter.
The Committee shall submit to me a progress report thereon within thirty (30) days from date hereof.1aшphi1
This Order shall take effect immediately.
