PROVIDING THE LIST OF GOVERNMENT-OWNED AND/OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS TO BE MONITORED BY THE GOVERNMENT CORPORATE MONITORING AND COORDINATING COMMITTEE (GCMCC) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1991

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 236 dated July 22, 1987, “Strengthening the Government Corporate Monitoring and Coordinating Committee (GCMCC) and for Other Purposes,” the following government-owned and/or controlled corporations (GOCCs), including their subsidiaries are hereby approved, as recommended, to be monitored by the GCMCC in Calendar Year 1991:

14. National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation

15. National Irrigation Administration

16. National Housing Authority

17. National Power Corporation

18. National Resources Development Corporation

19. National Tobacco Administration

20. Philippine Airlines, Inc.

21. Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation

22. Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation

23. Philippine Export and Foreign Loan Guarantee Corporation

24. Philippine Fisheries Development Authority

25. Philippine International Trading Corporation

26. Philippine National Oil Company

27. Philippine National Railways

GOCCs which have subsidiaries shall submit to the GCMCC consolidated statements and reports. The GCMCC, however, is empowered to look into the individual statements and reports of subsidiary GOCCs if warranted by the circumstances.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
