ENJOINING ALL THE DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES, AGENCIES INCLUDING GOVERNMENT OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS TO OBSERVE AUSTERITY IN THE CELEBRATION OF THE CHRISTMAS SEASON

In view of the existence of national emergency and the need to generate savings in government in preparation for the coming year’s vital projects for the reconstruction of our economy, all the departments, offices, agencies including government owned or controlled corporations and local government units are hereby enjoined to observe austerity in the celebration of the Christmas Season.
