APPROVING THE AMENDMENTS TO THE GUIDELINES FOR THE NO-DOLLAR IMPORTATION OF SECOND-HAND MOTOR VEHICLES OF RETURNING RESIDENTS/IMMIGRANTS/QUALIFIED DONEES

Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 248 dated July 24, 1987, Memorandum Order No. 230 dated April 10, 1989 and upon the recommendation of the Department of Trade and Industry, the amendments to the Guidelines for the No-Dollar importation of Second-Hand Vehicles of Returning Residents/Immigrants/Qualified Donees, as herein attached, are hereby approved.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.1aшphi1
