CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE STATE VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY HUSSAIN MUHAMMAD ERSHAD, PRESIDENT OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF BANGLADESH
There is hereby created a National. Committee to take charge of the arrangements for the State Visit of His Excellency Hussain Muhammad Ershad, President of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, to be composed of the following:

The Committee shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of all arrangements to be made in connection with the State Visit.1aшphi1
The Committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or any instrumentality of the government, including government-owned and controlled corporations,- for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions. The Committee is likewise authorized to create*sub-committee as necessary.
This accordingly amends Memorandum Order No. 244 dated July 14, 1989 regarding this same matter.
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
